Took dd to docs to have the implant as cntraception, this lovely doctor started talking to us about how we would be crying for her to take it out if dd got some spots ot gained some weight and its a complicated thing to do, so she gave her a progesterone pill and this is within the same family of hormones that the impant would have and thats easy to stop should dd get acne or put on 3 stone. If she then gets on ok wit this we an think about he implant.   We had a right laugh in the docs she was great there was a nurse to assist  and as the doc was asking questions dd said that i was paranoid and the doctor who was a large black lady said ” your mummy is not paranoid eh! she loves you so much eh, i tell you, you should be happy you have a mummy like that eh and not some mummy that doesn’t care and only care when it to late ok!? NOW….give your mummy a hug!”

well that was the best damned doc appt i ever went to. 

after i bought her a cake and sang ” happy Pill day to you!”
