DH woke me up at – i – don’t – know-what time and said ” you have a lie-in, i’ll get the kids ready for school”

so i woke up in earnest at 9am and wondered whether i had dreamt it, got up, looked outside and wonder of wonders, dh’s car was still there…he hadn’t gone to work becuase of the bad weather conditions (snow)

had a lovely morning. as per usual as i walked across the landing i went into dd’s room to turn of the light …and there she was. there is no school either!

dh made me a brew and then sent ds to the butty shop and i had me a larvely peanut butter and banana butty.

dh tidied away the remainder of his wiring and together we are going to et through today’s washing.

i wish i had the wire i need to upload pics from my phone,  i would love to show you my beautiful house in this beautiful white wonderland.
